Yes, you can still place a pre-order for an item that is no longer in stock. This may take 30-45 working days for us to produce, depending on the product and quantity.
It is also possible that the item is still available in one of our showrooms, but just not listed online. Send us a message and we'd be happy to check.
Yes, we specialize in made-to-order decorative lighting fixtures for both residential and commercial spaces. Send your requirements to custom@azcor.lighting
Yes, we can customize an existing Azcor design to your specifications. Let us know which item you are interested in and your desired specifications, so we can send you a quotation.
Our standard production time for custom lighting and funiture is 45 to 60 working days, depending on the design and quantity of items ordered.
Payment
Payments can be made via Bank Deposit or Online Transfer to the BPI account only of Azcor Lighting Systems, Inc. (account details will be provided at checkout).
IMPORTANT: To confirm your order and begin production, a copy of your deposit slip or transaction receipt must be e-mailed to: online@azcor.lighting
Production time begins from the date we receive the email from you, notifying us of the payment, and not from the date of the deposit.
Note: Indicate the order number in subject line of email. An acknowledgment e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt. Proof of payment sent through Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted.
Payments can be made on our website using a credit card through our integrated PayPal payment portal.
You can also visit our Megamall showroom to settle payments with your credit card.
The Azcor Gcash QR code will be provided after we send an email confirmation of your order.
Pick-up
Yes, you can collect your items from our store. View our store directory here.
It is recommended that you call ahead to ensure that the showroom is open on your intended pick-up date and that your item is already available in the store.
Yes, you can book your own express courier to collect your items for you (this includes Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, etc). Delivery fees should be shouldered by you.
It is recommened that you call the showroom ahead of your intended booking date to coordinate schedule and to confirm that your boxed items will fit inside the vehicle being booked.
IMPORTANT: The rider or driver will be required to present a copy the official Sales Order. They will also be asked to verify the condition of items and sign the Delivery Receipt on your behalf. Once items are released to them, Azcor will not be held liable for any damages to products while in their possession.
Delivery & Shipping
Yes, if within Metro Manila or a portion of the Calabarzon area, we can deliver your items to you via our in-house delivery service.
If you are located outside the range of our in-house delivery area, we will engage a trusted third-party service.
We will invoice you separately with the price for delivery, which is computed based on the quantity of items and your location.
Cost of delivery is computed based on the quantity/volume of items and your location within the Philippines.
Yes. If your address is outside Luzon or a location that will require us to ship out your items by air or by sea, we will engage a trusted third-party freight forwarder. Shipping charges will be computed based on order quantity and delivery location.
We may need to charge an additional fee to pack your items in a wood crate to prevent breakage during transit. Wood crating cost will be computed based on total volume/dimensions of all items in your order.
IMPORTANT: To ensure the safe arrival of our products, we reserve the right to refuse shipment of an item that is not packed in a wood crate. Most freight forwarders will also not accept shipments without proper packaging.
Installation
Yes, we can. Installation charges are computed based on the quantity of items, your location and ceiling height of the installation area.
IMPORTANT: The scope of our installation work only includes fixture hanging and electrical tapping. Placement of electrical provisions and mounting of ceiling support is not included in our scope of work, and should be prepared in advance by the customer or their contractor.
Yes, we can deploy a team to do installation work, depending on the volume of items or total contract value.
Installation charges will be computed based on the quantity of items, location of site and ceiling height of installation area.
