Turnaround Time to Prepare/Pack Items

Once we have received your order and confirmed payment, we will require at least 2-4 business days prepare/pack your items. Unless your item is a pre-order item, in which case, standard production time applies. We will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule within that time. 

Pick-up

You may choose to pick-up your items from any of our Azcor Showrooms. View our list of showrooms, here.

We will contact you within 1-3 days of placing your order, to confirm when your items are already at your chosen location. Unless your item is a pre-order item, in which case, standard production time applies

Pick-up Policy: If you have engaged a third-party to pick-up your item/s (this includes express couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, etc.), they will be required to present a copy the official Sales Order. The third-party shall also be asked to verify the condition of item/s and sign the Delivery Receipt on your behalf. Once item/s are released to them, Azcor will not be held liable for any damages to products while in their possession.

Land Delivery

You may choose to have your items delivered to you via our in-house delivery service. If your address is outside our delivery range, we will engage a trusted third-party delivery provider. 

Delivery fees are computed based on order quantity and delivery location. 

We will contact you within 1-3 days of placing your order, to confirm delivery fee and schedule. Unless your item is a pre-order item, in which case, standard production time applies

Delivery Policy: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to absence of an authorized recipient, any subsequent re-scheduling of deliveries shall be subject to another delivery fee.

Air or Sea Cargo Shipping

If your delivery location is outside Luzon, you may choose to have your items shipped to you by air or by sea. 

Shipping fees are computed based on order quantity and delivery location.

We may need charge an additional fee to pack your items in a wood crate to prevent breakage during transit. Wood crating cost will be computed based on total volume/dimensions of all items in your order.

Shipping Policy: To ensure the safe arrival of our products, we reserve the right to refuse shipment of an order that is not packed in a wood crate. Most freight forwarders will also not accept fragile shipments without proper packaging.
